SCHÄFCHEN IM TROCKENEN, directed by Isabella Sedlak and adapted for the stage by Anna Gschnitzer, is based on the bestselling novel Schäfchen im Trockenen by Anke Stelling. The production explores social inequality, class, privilege and the tensions between aspirations of social mobility and everyday realities.
For the production, Deniz Beşer contributed stage paintings and props, developing visual elements that complemented the scenography and supported the theatrical interpretation of the work.
